1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned product(s).
  • Refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If the same product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Exchange or replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized mobile covers
  • Discounted or clearance sale items
  • Earphones/headphones that have been unsealed due to hygiene reasons (unless defective)

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order ID. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
